 Any website can link to eriecountyal.org under the following Terms & Conditions:

1. You may link to any page on eriecountyal.org. However if you link to any page other than the home page, you are responsible for ensuring that your link remains accurate and active. Content is subject to frequent updates so linking to the homepage is recommended. Linking to any other page means that you must monitor your link and modify it if the link breaks or the content is removed or changed.
2. Links to the Erie County American Legion website must not imply an endorsement, by or affiliation with Erie County American Legion or otherwise adversely impact Erie County American Legion. Erie County American Legion has no control over the content of third-party websites or social media pages, and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from their use.
3. You may not use any link, nor link to eriecountyal.org from any web site or web page containing materials, that:
   • infringes or otherwise violates any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right
   • is libelous, defamatory or invasive of any right of publicity, privacy or other personal right
   • is misleading or inaccurate or constitutes false or deceptive advertising
   • is obscene, indecent, harassing, discriminatory (age, gender, ethnicity, religion, disability, etc.) or otherwise objectionable at the sole discretion of Erie County American Legion.
   • violates any applicable law, rule or regulation
   • disparages, or reflects negatively upon the Erie County American Legion, American Legion, Veterans, Armed Forces of the United States or the United States of America.
4. Erie County American Legion reserves the right to require you to discontinue all or any links maintained by you at any time. In such event, you must immediately remove the link(s) from your web site.
5. Erie County American Legion has adopted the following criteria for websites to which eriecountyal.org will provide links:
   • Websites that share a similar or related mission such as another Veteran Service Organization such as the Veterans of Foreign Wars, or the Veterans Administration. Volunteer organizations or not for profit organizations that support or provide services to Veterans will be linked at the discretion of the Erie County American Legion.
   • Links from Erie County American Legion web pages to third-party commercial sites are not permitted. It is important for Erie County American Legion to maintain its non-profit status and avoid commercial links that could jeopardize that status.
